2nd Annual Ruck Walk at the TAT National Park
In collaboration with the MHA Nation Veterans Affairs Department, we invite you to join us for the 2nd Annual Ruck Walk at the Three Affiliated Tribes National Park!
This special event is not just for fun and recreation, but also to raise awareness about veteran suicide and mental health.
This Ruck Walk will challenge everyone to a ~3.6 mile walk while carrying the weight of 22lbs. in a backpack or weighted vest as a reminder that every day, 22 veterans lose their battle to post-traumatic stress on American soil. If you are unable to carry 22lbs due to physical limitations, or are unable to do the entire 3.6 miles, we still want you to participate in the walk and be a part of this very important cause.
A limited number of t-shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
Event is open to all ages. All fitness levels are welcome!
Register today by clicking on the link: REGISTER HERE or by scanning the QR Code on the poster.
Check back for more updates prior to the event or visit the TAT National Park Facebook Page and MHA Veterans Affairs Facebook Page.
We hope to see you there!
