Hiking Series 2025 - Spring Hike
Join us for a 3 Hike Series this year! Open to all ages and everyone is welcome.
Attend 1, 2 or all 3 hikes and hike a distance you feel comfortable with. Incentives will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The participants who attend all 3 hikes will be entered into a drawing for a number of larger incentives.

In an attempt to space out participants on the hiking trail, we are requesting you choose a hiking session when registering.
Hiking Session 1: 10:00am-12:00pm
Hiking Session 2: 12:00pm-2:00pm
Hiking Session 3: 2:00pm-4:00pm
Participants should wear weather appropriate clothing and shoes and bring plenty of water.
Fort Berthold Diabetes program will be on site for blood sugar screenings.

Winter Outbound Event
Please join us for our winter kick-off event in the park.
Snowshoe a 1-2 mile trail near the Little Missouri River and listen to cultural stories around the campfire at our “Winter Outbound Event.”
Participants MUST Pre-Register as space is limited. Pre-register here.
We have a limited number of snowshoes available on a first come, first serve basis.
If you have your own, please bring them.Participants should dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, participants will be notified via phone/email of cancellations/postponements.
Bring a blanket and stay warm around the campfire as you listen to cultural stories by Michael Barthelemy and Jessica Howling Wolf.

Cultural Landscape Report
Come join us and learn about the our parks cultural landscape. This report was generated from a multi-year research project with in depth interviews of a wide variety of stakeholders. This new document will give the park guidance for future projects while being sensitive to the historic cultural landscape.
